Meet Yuki and Yumiko — two Japanese women who have lived in the U.S. for over 20 years, sharing the everyday Japanese flavors they know and love.
Yuki is the one with the vision. She has always believed that Japanese food has so much more to share — not only the well-known favorites, but also the comforting everyday dishes people can enjoy here in the U.S.
Yumiko is the one who helps make it real. Thoughtful, steady, and warm in the kitchen, she prepares each order with care and helps make every dish feel welcoming, satisfying, and easy to enjoy.
